I’m Linda Saiet, a REALTOR® with Forest Hill Real Estate Inc., Brokerage. Since becoming licensed in 2008, I have helped clients buy, sell and navigate the changes that come with finding a new place to call home. I hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.
My particular focus is downsizing and life transitions, including working with adult children helping their parents. These moves often involve a home filled with years of belongings, important financial decisions and family members with different responsibilities. I bring a practical plan, clear advice and personal involvement to help everyone understand the steps ahead.
For prospective sellers, my work starts before we meet, with research into the property and market. Our conversation goes beyond a listing price: we look at where you want to go, what the home needs, the resources available and how involved you want to be. I explain the options so you can make decisions that suit your circumstances.
Some clients want to manage much of the preparation themselves. Others value having professionals take care of it. I help identify worthwhile improvements, connect clients with trusted people and coordinate the work alongside the sale and move. Throughout, my role is to offer honest advice, represent your interests and keep the process organized.

Community and relationships are central to my life and work. Helping returning clients—and later their children—is especially meaningful to me.
