We explore your housing options, property value, timing and preparation needs. I explain the choices, including what you may wish to handle yourself and what you might prefer to leave to professionals. Together, we establish priorities and a realistic plan.
During your sale or purchase
I guide the pricing, preparation, marketing and negotiation of your property, or help you assess homes that fit your needs and budget. I keep you informed, explain the decisions in front of you and coordinate the real estate steps with your wider moving plans.
Preparing for moving day—and beyond
Where needed, I help coordinate trusted professionals for sorting, packing, moving and unpacking, alongside the preparation and closing schedule. I remain a resource as you settle into your next home.
